Rental Rate Information


The lodge can comfortably seat 175 to 200 for table service dinner in the lower main room. More table service is available with seating done in upper level rooms. Buffet style with casual sitting can accommodate more guests for dining inside the lodge. The lodge can handle larger capacity for meetings, special events, or receptions. The grounds are included with the rental, when set with outdoors facilities can accommodate larger groups for all types of events, offering a variety of dining options.
Many valuable extras are included with the basic rental rate –
making the lodge rental price a greater value than first realized. The lodge has a décor that requires little from a decorating budget to make your event festive.
Lodge staff are included in the basic rental rate –
Basic rental includes floor hostess and lodge event’s manager – all to assist you throughout the lodge rental.
Four beautifully appointed guestrooms come at a reduced rate with the basic rental –
each with either King size beds that can be converted to twins – all with luxury linens. These are available for the night of or before the event rental, depending on availability at booking time.
Ultimate Bridal Dressing Room
is included in basic rental available to Brides’ when their ceremony is at the Lodge.
Exquisite and huge marble master bath/dressing room
available for bride and bridesmaids to enjoy and prepare in style! A real must see…..
Other special features of the lodge included in the basic rental –
use of Lower Level and Main Level Lodge Grand Rooms, Trophy Room, large Gourmet Kitchen, second full size Kitchen on Lower Level, three Bathrooms, Parking on site (with optional overflow parking available at private lot nearby), In-Lodge theater and built-in Stereo System throughout and outside Lodge, use of Lodge grounds to lake edge (plenty of space for event tenting), plus the Lodge has an inventory of equipment and tables that will save on rental budget - list available.
All of the above is included in the basic rental rate,

PLUS a very GENEROUS Rental Time Period,

10 hours for setup, event, and clean up!

Deposit Requirements:


One half of the facility base fee required to hold date, remainder of fees due 30 days before event. All special options fee paid 30 days before event.
